Horses are big, messy and unpredictable creatures. Accidents happen, therefore, a little wear and tear is to be expected. No worries if the item gets dirty or slightly damaged (missing button or small cosmetic flaw). Unfortunately, if the item is beyond repair and integrity is compromised, you will be charged as if purchasing the item. This price is at the discretion of The Handy Horseman. If the item is lost or stolen while in your possession, you are also responsible.
